HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS |

Every time we acquire a new property that meets your requirements, you will be notified. Please keep in mind that we have almost 200 people looking for rent to own properties and
the same property may be sent to many people on the registered buyers' list. In short, these properties are first come, first serve.
That doesn't mean we want you to jump into something you do not feel comfortable about. We let you tell us when you are ready to go. The goal here is homeownership. A place you and your family can call your home. Building equity as a long-term investment--not just paying someone else's mortgage payment.
When you become a registered buyer, take your time. Look at the rent to own properties we have for sale. Many new registered users let a few properties pass by them because they are not exactly what they were looking for or they want to get comfortable with the process.
We suggest the same for you. After a while, you become more comfortable with the process. You start to see what is available for the money and realize homeownership is possible for you. You'll start to see the different neighborhoods and appreciate their benefits. You'll get comfortable with us and realize that we are for real, we care, and we do what we say we're going to do. That is when you'll feel comfortable about making an offer on a house on very short notice. We will not push, only you know if the house is right for you. If it is not, just wait. You may not get that one, but we are always getting new properties in Southern California.
Pretty simple process, isn't it? As soon as you let us know you'd like to receive available rent to own properties via email, we will start sending you properties that fit your budget and meet your specifications. The email will include the address of the property and a brief description. If you like what you see, please drive by the house. Seventy-five percent of the time, you'll know by the exterior, neighborhood, and yard whether or not you are truly interested. If you are, please contact us. Please do not disturb the current tenants.
